Matt has 15 years of insurance industry management, claims and product development experience. He spearheaded MetLife Auto & Home Insurance Co.’s personal product development initiatives, managed complex claims litigation and served as a corporate witness for Travelers Insurance and the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co.

Sean has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, technology and business development. He served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Camden National Corp., a $2.3 billion publicly traded community bank, where he oversaw a $600 million acquisition and the company’s stock listing on the NASDAQ.

Deena Coffman, Chief Executive Officer of IDT911 Consulting
Deena has broad experience providing guidance to clients adopting technology or building programs relating to data privacy, data security, and electronic discovery. She has led teams of computer forensics, information security and project management professionals, developed global technology and data management standards, negotiating complex technology contracts for cost and risk reduction, and led program audits and security assessments.

Scott has more than 20 years of experience with large-scale technology projects on various platforms at privately held and publicly traded companies. His previous roles include Strategic Planning & Architecture for Salt River Project and Vice President of IT for Motorsports Authentics. His expertise includes the architecture, implementation, compliance & support of complex multisite and multiuser business systems and operations.

Brian Eastwood, Vice President of Marketing
Brian has more than 17 years of advertising and marketing experience. Brian most recently worked at Jobing.com as their VP of Creative Services & Communications, leading their national B2B and B2B2C marketing efforts. Previously, he worked for Bernard Hodes Group, an integrated talent solutions firm, as the Director of Strategic Solutions.

Victoria McCoy, Vice President of Human Resources
Victoria has more than 20 years of experience working in human resource leadership positions and developing strategic growth initiatives that support global expansion and organizational effectiveness. She has managed employee and leadership development in diverse industries including technology, banking and non-profit organizations. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Global Professional in Human Resources credential, among others.

Victor has more than 20 years of experience managing fraud operations in the banking industry. His areas of expertise include fraud detection, claims, investigations and recovery functions. He was Bank of America’s vice president of loss prevention and managed at Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo and Union Planters Bank.

Peter Moraga, Director of Client Relationship Management
Peter has more than 20 years of client development and relationship leadership experience in the financial services, consulting, healthcare and software as a service (SaaS) industries. His experience includes creating, leading and developing high performing relationship and client development teams, delivering client growth and retention strategies, building disciplined client-oriented goals and relationship strategies. Past experience includes roles at American Express, Wells Fargo Bank, Dignity Healthcare and Concur. Peter currently serves on the NAMIC Claims Conference Committee.

Karin Purcell, Director of Project Management Office
Karin has more than 20 years of information technology and project management experience. Karin holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Her areas of expertise include project and portfolio management, ecommerce, call center technology and logistics. Karin oversees the project portfolio, client implementations and client operational support at IDT911.

Jeffrey Rosenthal, Director of Information Technology
Jeffrey is a highly accomplished IT professional specializing in the alignment of business practices with cutting-edge technology. With more than 20 years in the IT industry, Jeffrey has been a leader in IT infrastructure, security, software development, and project management. He currently serves as an Advisory Board member for Gateway Academy and previously served as Director of Technology Infrastructure & Information Systems for Tempe Union High School District.
